- Free in-home assessments to discuss the client’s needs and wishes
- Regular review visits to oversee the care the client is receiving
- Regular phone calls with family and professionals as required
- Assistance with any necessary paperwork (i.e. completion of insurance forms)
- 24-hour on-call support to assist with any of your questions, requests or concerns
